  • RR Interval (RRI): Measures time between heartbeats, foundation for heart rate and HRV analysis.
  • Heart Rate (HR): Instant beats per minute for tracking health and fitness.
  • Robust Heart Rate (RHR): Noise-resistant HR detection for more reliable results.
  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV):  Tracks variations in heart rhythm, a key indicator of fitness, stress, and recovery.

Signal Processing

  • ECG Smooth Filter: Removes noise for cleaner, more accurate ECG waveforms.
  • Signal Quality (SQ): 1–5 scale that shows whether the ECG signal is reliable enough for accurate measurements.
